INTRODUCTION Of BANGLA POWER.

CONSTRUCTION
With free standing and floor mounting type cubicle, the switchboard for indoor installation is factory assembled and tested. The cubicle is made of 14/16 SWG sheet steel at all sides with iron angle and channel welded/bolted together. Multi-cubicle arrangement for additional sections in case of future extension can easily be made from common base frame. The rear boards are hinged type door cover and the top is fixed sheet steel cover with lifting lugs and the side walls are fixed on the frame work by nut-bolt. The bottom is kept open to allow connection of cables of any size and type via cable end box/terminal. Necessary holding and fixing are arranged with the clamps. The lower part of the front door is provided with looking arrangement and viewing glasses and facilitating the inspection of switches and contacts. IDMT Relay, Amps/Volt Meters. Indication Lamps, Energy Meter and Selector Switches etc, are flash mounted on the upper part of the front door providing ready reading and inspection. The other components are fixed inside the panel. The panels are furnished with hard-drawn electrolytic copper busbar (TP/TP&N/ TPN&E) of suitable ratings installed in the middle part of the panel covering the length as per requirements. All the doors, if required, can be lifted off at the time of maintenance of the panel.
WIRING:
All the cables used for connection between devices in the switchgear are insulated cables. In the high voltage circuit strip copper conductor or 600/1000v grade NYY copper cables are used. Control wiring is done by 2.5 mm sqr cable for C.T. Circuit & 1.5 mm sqr cable for all other circuits.The wiring connection is made with crimp type terminals. Duct wiring is also available on request.
EARTHING:: The apparatus and the circuit in the cubicles are effectively earthed to continuous copper earthing bus.
PAINTING: After having all parts cleaned by modern methods both interior and exterior sheet steel parts are painted in two initial and one final coat by using special lacquers. The standard color of the cubicle is light gray, while other colors can be provided on request.

WARRANTY : Maintenance and instant service covering any kind of lapse in workmanship or manufacturing defects are guaranteed for a period of 18 months from the date of supply or from the date of energizing the equipment whichever is earlier. BANGLA POWER also assures after sale service and spares throughout the life of the equipment with a nominal charge.
